how it goes

1. 1 · place a block. It costs 1,000 $TOWER plus 100 for every block already standing. A fifth is burned; the rest is the pot.
2. 2 · it wobbles. Its chance of toppling is 0.1% for every block under it. A block that did not exist when you placed it decides — nobody can see it coming, you included.
3. 3 · it stands, or it doesn't. If it falls, the five blocks under it split the pot, you get the wreck as an NFT drawn on chain, and a new tower starts at zero.
4. 4 · nobody building? After an hour of quiet anybody can call the wind, free, once an hour. Every idle hour adds 1% to the gust. A quiet tower always comes down — and pays its top five when it does.
